I have been known to fall into the pit of despair from time to time.
And if I’m not in the pit of despair, I might just be making myself dizzy in an anxiety spiral or mired down by resentments. You know, healthy habits!
For me, the only antidote to the most miserable feelings is to push myself into some kind of action.
